The Enterprise Integration Services team plays a pivotal role in connecting and orchestrating systems and applications across the organization. The team specializes in architecting, designing, implementing, and operating secure, scalable integration solutions (APIs, middleware, authentication, messaging, and file-based integrations) that enable seamless data flow, improve business functionality, and support enterprise modernization initiatives.

Role Summary/Purpose:
The AVP, Solution Architect – Enterprise Integration Services plays a pivotal technical role within the Synchrony by providing deep technical expertise across the Middleware platform and its components, including Java Spring Boot, cloud services, and integration/messaging technologies, with a focus on developing enterprise-grade, resilient orchestrated microservices and data services that are platform-agnostic and deployable across any cloud environment, leveraging tools and technologies such as IBM ITX, Boomi, IBM MQ, Kafka, Amazon MSK, and other
