As a Google / Meta / TikTok Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-performing paid advertising campaigns for international brands. You will combine analytical thinking, creative strategy, and performance marketing expertise to improve campaign results and maximize return on investment. Working remotely, you will have the chance to support businesses across developed markets while managing impactful advertising initiatives across multiple platforms. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify growth opportunities through data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with clients and teams to enhance digital performance, optimize customer acquisition strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads,



Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including campaign structures, audience targeting, and optimization plans.
- Research, build, and refine audience segments for prospecting, remarketing, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and implement improvements based on data insights, testing results, and platform trends.
- Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets, monitor spend allocation, and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Configure and monitor conversion tracking, including pixels, events, and attribution measurement across advertising platforms.
