Key Responsibilities
Design & Execution
Oversee MEP and design across all project stages, ensuring compliance with the National Building Code and relevant standards.
Provide guidance and resolve execution issues for smooth project delivery.
Ensure the incorporation of BIM and other design technologies for optimal project outcomes.
2. Material & Technology Expertise
Stay updated on the latest MEP materials and technology trends.
Drive creative, technology-led solutions for design and execution.
3.Stakeholder Management
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Design, MEP, Site, and Operations, to meet project goals.
Coordinate with external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
4. Team Management
Lead a team of 5-6 direct reports and oversee multiple indirect reports, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment.
