We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern web technologies

Oversee the complete development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices

Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive environment

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions
