Role Overview The Clinical Psychologist – Out of Hours Clinical Triage will provide expert psychological advice and crisis support to frontline teams across the UK outside of standard business hours. Working remotely from India, you will support Registered Managers,
Service Managers, Support Workers and Senior Leaders in managing complex behavioural presentations, mental health crises, safeguarding concerns and placement stability. This is not a therapy delivery role. Instead, the focus is on providing immediate clinical guidance, psychological formulation, risk assessment and evidence-based recommendations that help teams make protected, informed decisions. The role offers an excellent prospect to work within a large multidisciplinary organisation while supporting vulnerable children, young people and adults across the UK.
