Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller/Outbound Caller to contact potential and existing customers, promote retail products and offers, generate leads, and schedule store visits. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Inform customers about products, promotions, discounts, and new arrivals.
- Generate leads and encourage customers to visit the store or make purchases.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM/database.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and pending orders.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Meet daily call targets and lead generation goals.
- Coordinate with sales and store teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or retail sales experience is an advantage.
