About the Role We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience to strengthen our finance, accounting, compliance, taxation, MIS, and financial-control functions. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who wants to work closely with founders and business teams in a rapid-growing QSR environment. Key Responsibilities✅ Manage monthly and annual books closure across outlets and business entities✅ Review accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations, expenses, receivables, and payables✅ Ensure timely GST, TDS, income-tax,



and other statutory compliances✅ Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities✅ Prepare monthly MIS, outlet-wise profitability, cash-flow reports, and management dashboards✅ Monitor food cost, outlet expenses, gross margins, contribution margins, and operational variances✅ Strengthen internal controls for purchases, inventory, cash, billing, refunds, discounts, and vendor payments✅ Conduct outlet-level financial reviews and identify revenue leakage or cost-control opportunities✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, fundraising due diligence, and financial modelling✅ Review vendor agreements, payment terms, taxation implications, and commercial documentation✅ Support implementation and improvement of accounting, POS, inventory, and ERP systems✅ Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness across all outlets✅ Assist the leadership team in evaluating new outlets, cities, formats, and e
