Description
We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automation testing and should be able to design, develop, and execute automated test cases. The candidate should also have a valuable understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and execute automated test cases using automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify test scenarios and test cases
- Create and maintain test plans and test cases
- Identify and report defects in a timely manner
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
- Continuously improve the automation test framework and test processes
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in automation testing
- Strong knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
- Experience in testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs
- Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, etc.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
