We are looking for a motivated Associate Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to perform the duties of the job.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process for various positions within the company
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
- Assist in the onboarding process for recent hires
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
