OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, retail, entertainment, leisure, or customer service environments.
Experience in a Family Entertainment Center (FEC), theme park, arcade, cinema, or hospitality setting is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management • Supervise the daily operation of all attractions, arcade games, redemption areas, rides, party rooms, food and beverage outlets (if applicable), and guest service areas. • Ensure the center is fully operational, clean, safe, and guest-ready before opening and throughout operating hours. • Monitor operational performance and take immediate action to resolve issues affecting the guest experience. • Coordinate with the Technical, Facilities, Housekeeping, Security, and F&B; teams to ensure smooth operations. • Conduct routine inspections of attractions and public areas to maintain operational standards
