We are seeking a skilled Medical Coder specializing in Surgery and IPDRG to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately coding surgical procedures and ensuring compliance with coding standards. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our medical billing and documentation processes.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical records and documentation to extract relevant information for coding.
- Assign appropriate surgical procedure codes based on the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) and Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) guidelines.
