We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer – HVAC Design to lead the design and engineering of HVAC systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in HVAC design, load calculations, equipment selection, and multidisciplinary coordination. You will be responsible for delivering productive, compliant, and sustainable HVAC solutions while ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will collaborate with architects, consultants, and cross-functional engineering teams to develop high-quality HVAC designs, optimize system performance, and support successful project execution from concept through detailed engineering.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop HVAC systems, including chilled water, DX, VRF, ventilation,



and exhaust systems for diverse building projects.
- Perform heat load calculations using industry-standard software such as HAP, TRACE, or equivalent tools.
- Prepare detailed HVAC layouts, equipment schedules, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Select and size HVAC equipment, including chillers, AHUs, VRF units, pumps, cooling towers, and fans based on project requirements.
- Ensure all HVAC designs comply with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, and other applicable industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection teams for integrated project delivery.
- Support BIM coordination and develop HVAC models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP where applicable.
- Participate in design reviews, value engineering initiatives, technical discussions, and client meetings.
