We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 3–8 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with skin clinics, dermatology centers, cosmetic clinics, or aesthetic healthcare brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, improve patient engagement, and strengthen brand visibility.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), along with the ability to manage end-to-end digital campaigns. The candidate should be analytical, creative, and capable of driving measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to generate quality patient leads.




- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns on Google Ads.
- Create and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously improve ROI through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimization.
- Collaborate with doctors, clinic managers, designers, and content teams to develop compelling marketing creatives and promotional campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively while ensuring maximum return on advertising spend (ROAS).
