The Talent Acquisition – Sourcing professional is responsible for delivering end-to-end sourcing support for assigned roles, skills, and geographies,



working closely with recruiters and recruitment delivery teams. The role focuses on proactive talent research, candidate identification, engagement, and pipeline management to enable timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
The role operates within defined recruitment and RPO frameworks and is accountable for sourcing productivity, data accuracy, and candidate experience, while supporting recruiters with qualified candidate pipelines aligned to hiring demand."ts
