The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying suitable land parcels, securing acquisitions, and ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently while meeting legal, commercial, and organizational objectives.

As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will collaborate with legal, engineering, finance, project, and government authorities to manage the complete acquisition lifecycle—from site identification and feasibility assessment to negotiation, documentation, and transaction closure. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen,



and the ability to manage multiple acquisition opportunities simultaneously.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suitable land parcels based on project requirements, commercial viability, and strategic objectives.
- Conduct site visits, market research, and feasibility assessments to support acquisition decisions.
- Lead negotiations with landowners, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable acquisition terms.
- Coordinate legal due diligence, title verification, ownership validation, and regulatory compliance before finalizing acquisitions.
- Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and clearances.
