We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – BIM to lead Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities across LOD 100–300 while ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective multidisciplinary coordination, and adherence to project standards. This role is ideal for professionals with robust expertise in BIM modeling, quality control, clash detection, and project coordination within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

As an Assistant Manager – BIM, you will collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, consultants, and clients to develop accurate BIM models, conduct quality reviews, and streamline project execution. You will also mentor junior team members, support resource planning, and ensure BIM deliverables are completed on time while meeting client requirements and industry best practices.

- Perform quality control (QC) reviews of BIM models, drawings, and project deliverables to maintain high standards.
