We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner to lead project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for large-scale construction projects. As a Senior Project Planner, you will work closely with project leadership, site teams, procurement, design, and engineering stakeholders to develop detailed project schedules, monitor execution against baseline plans, and implement recovery strategies when required. You will play a critical role in maintaining schedule accuracy, supporting resource planning, and delivering actionable insights that enable successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and Gantt charts covering all phases of construction.
- Track daily and weekly project progress against approved baseline schedules and identify schedule deviations.
- Analyze project delays, determine root causes, and recommend practical recovery and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with site, procurement, engineering, and design teams to capture schedule updates and maintain accurate project timelines.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, schedule variance analyses, and project status updates for leadership review.
- Maintain and regularly update master project schedules to reflect approved scope or timeline changes.
- Support resource planning by identifying over-allocation, under-utilization, and scheduling conflicts across project activities.
- Conduct short-term and medium-term look-ahead planning to ensure work readiness and smooth project execution.
