As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with prospective clients, internal credit and operations teams, and key stakeholders to manage the complete lending lifecycle—from lead generation and prospect qualification to loan disbursement and ongoing relationship management. The role requires a robust understanding of business financing, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to delivering tailored financial solutions.

- Identify, qualify, and acquire SME and mid-market clients through proactive business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, client meetings, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Understand customer financing requirements and recommend suitable lending solutions, including working capital, term loans, supply chain finance, invoice discounting, and structured debt products.
- Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and disbursement teams to ensure smooth processing and timely approvals.
- Manage the complete customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement while delivering an exceptional client experience.
