We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–9 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and passionate about driving measurable business growth through customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue optimization.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing performance marketing strategies, managing advertising budgets, optimizing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You should have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, conversion optimization, attribution models, and campaign analytics.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram),



LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies focused on maximizing ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights using analytics tools to improve performance and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while ensuring optimal allocation across channels.
- Work closely with content, design, product, and sales teams to create high-performing marketing campaigns.
- Track user journeys, attribution models, and funnel performance to identify opportunities for growth.
