We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of interior fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Civil Engineering and hands-on experience managing commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, or corporate interior projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional project management capabilities, technical expertise, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to deliver projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

As an Interior Project Manager, you will collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution while maintaining strict adherence to engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.

- Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and civil construction projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, engineering specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
- Review BOQs, technical drawings, material specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress reviews to maintain high construction standards.
