We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with 8–15 years of experience to lead and optimize end-to-end procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and procurement planning. This role requires solid analytical skills, exceptional stakeholder management abilities, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to drive procurement insights and operational efficiency.

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing procurement strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring timely availability of goods and services, maintaining quality standards, and achieving cost savings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, supply chain, and leadership to ensure seamless procurement processes and supplier performance.





Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that support organizational goals and drive long-term value.
- Manage the complete procurement lifecycle, including vendor identification, sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, purchase orders, and contract management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements, and supplier consolidation without compromising quality or service.
- Analyze procurement data and spending patterns using Microsoft Excel to generate reports, dashboards, forecasts, and actionable insights.
