What would you do? The Performance Management Analyst is responsible for end-to-end delivery of Performance & Career Management services for assigned clients. The role involves direct interaction with client stakeholders and employees through email,
calls, and collaboration tools, ensuring accurate execution of performance processes, compliance with policies, and high customer satisfaction. The analyst acts as a subject matter expert, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organizations business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.
What are we looking for? Relevant years of HR Operations experience
• Prior exposure to Performance Management / Career Management processes preferred"
•• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred)
