What You'll Do
Support Power BI reporting and analytics for global Supply & Demand Planning functions, developing scalable dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting solutions.
Generate actionable insights by analyzing supply chain data across inventory, demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning processes.
Own KPI governance, reporting, and performance measurement, ensuring metrics are accurate, standardized, and aligned with business objectives.
Partner with regional and global stakeholders to gather requirements, drive adoption of analytics solutions, and promote data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure reporting solutions are built on reliable, governed data sources.
Use data and analytics to identify performance gaps, recommend improvements, and support strategic initiatives.
Maintain documentation, KPI definitions, and Power BI reporting standards.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning,



business intelligence, or consulting.
Strong Power BI expertise, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, report optimization, and data visualization best practices.
Experience creating executive and operational reporting solutions that drive business decisions.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with Python and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Exposure to SAP data structures, tables, and transactions is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
