We're looking for someone who eats, breathes, and ships content and leads execution across our channels.

Key Responsibilities

Video (Instagram, YouTube)
- Script, plan, shoot/coordinate, and understand how to cut content across formats - short-form (Reels/Shorts), long-form YouTube (explainers, podcast cuts), and anything in between
- Work from briefs provided, but own the craft: pacing, visual style, hooks, captions, and format-appropriate editing (a 5-min YouTube explainer needs different pacing and structure than a 30-second reel)
- You obsess over visual identity - across IPs, content launches online, and everything static




- Run a consistent publishing cadence across formats and iterate based on performance

Social media (LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
- Understand hooks + share loops. Quality & speed are your biggest strengths. You will own content IPs end to end
- Build and manage a content calendar. Own day-to-day publishing and scheduling across all platforms
- Adapt long-form content (blog, podcast, launch material) into platform-native formats. This isn't just reposting the same asset multiple times, each platform needs its own treatment
- Track engagement metrics per platform and report monthly, with a point of view on what's working and why, based on which you iterate

Email + WhatsApp
- Execute campaigns on our existing Listmonk/SES setup against a calendar you set
- Own send hygiene: list segmentation, bounce monitoring, deliverability basics
- Draft first-pass copy for recurring/lower-stakes sends for review
- Report on open/click metrics in plain language, not j
