The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the Indian job market context. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the Aerospace industry.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top talent for our clients in the Aerospace industry
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to develop effective recruitment strategies




- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in non IT/Engineering recruitment, preferably in the Aerospace industry
- Robust understanding of Indian job market context and recruitment trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software
- Familiarity with legal regulations related to recruitment and hiring
