JOB PURPOSE
- Ensure business continuity of airport operations by processing PVC (Police Verification Certificate) applications for all airport community members to facilitate smooth airport operations.
- Contribute to the effective implementation and maintenance of software systems for Prepaid Taxi Counters, Fuel Indent Issue Systems, and Airport Entry Passes.
- Timely maintain systems and update data to reduce risks and limit exposure to liability.
- Liaise with various Government/Regulatory agencies such as the State Intelligence Department, Intelligence Bureau, SB officials, Cyber Department, Maharashtra Police, BCAS, local police, and other state police officials.
- Contribute to planning and execution of S&V; initiatives, including ASQ drive, Security Week, VIP movements, etc.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Police Clearance & Compliance:
- Ensure timely police clearance of company representatives and directors of concessionaires, in close coordination with relevant government departments.
- Key Performance Indicator:



Number/percentage of compliance.
- Re-verification of Police Certificates:
- Ensure 100% re-verification of police certificates obtained by employees, adhering to BCAS guidelines, without delay.
- Key Performance Indicator: Percentage of compliance.
- Reporting of Lost Baggage and Theft Cases:
- Collate and provide monthly reports to BCAS on lost baggage and theft cases at GNIAL, in coordination with the local police station.
- Key Performance Indicator: 100% compliance.
- Timely Dissemination of Information:
- Ensure timely dissemination of information affecting airport operations, in line with the call tree matrix.
- Key Performance Indicator: 100% compliance to BCAS guidelines and company policy.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate (PG).

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 10 years of relevant work experience in Airport Security Operations.
