Role Overview

The Head of IT & Business Operations will be responsible for leading Solutionara’s cloud operations, DevOps practices, infrastructure engineering, platform reliability, internal technology services, and business operations functions.

This leadership role owns the operational performance, security, scalability,



and governance of both internal and client-facing cloud environments while ensuring the efficient operation of Solutionara’s Global Delivery Center.

The successful candidate will drive cloud modernization, infrastructure automation, AI-enabled operational practices, and DevOps maturity across the organization while also overseeing workplace technology, operational governance, vendor management, procurement, and business support functions.

This role requires a strong blend of cloud engineering expertise, operational leadership, business ownership, and hands-on execution within a fast-growing consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Operations, DevOps & Infrastructure Leadership

Own Solutionara’s cloud operations and DevOps strategy across internal and clientfacing environments.
Establish and maintain AWS cloud operational standards, governance frameworks, and
security controls.
Lead infrastructure engineering initiatives focused on scalability,
