The Demand & Supply Lead is responsible for driving integrated demand and supply planning to optimize inventory across manufacturing plants. The role ensures the development of accurate demand forecasts and effective supply plans that enable cost optimization, improved service levels,



and adherence to monthly and weekly production and inventory targets.
As the key interface between commercial, demand planning, and manufacturing teams, the role aligns demand signals with supply capabilities, proactively resolves constraints related to capacity, production planning, and inventory, and ensures a balanced, responsive, and efficient end-to-end supply chain.

•Review and validate the 6–16 week rolling demand forecast based on the approved S&OP;/IBP plan, incorporating weekly updates and market intelligence from Sales and Demand Planning teams.
•Develop and maintain an integrated 6–16 week rolling Master Production Schedule (MPS), aligning demand forecasts with supply capabilities and constraints at SKU/grade level.
