As an EPM FCCS - Senior Associate - Consult, you will engage with clients to
deliver Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, focusing on business
application consulting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will
leverage your skills to support clients in optimizing their performance
management processes. This role involves working closely with clients to




understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their
business operations.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and develop
a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex
situations, using critical thinking to analyze and solve problems. Your role
will involve mentoring junior team members and maintaining professional
standards. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and
clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not transparent.
