JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Unreal Engine Developer to join our development team on a contractual basis. This role is ideal for a developer with a robust background in Unreal Engine 5, C++, and multiplayer gameplay programming, who has successfully contributed to the development and shipment of at least one PC and/or Console title.

You will play a critical role in developing the core gameplay architecture for a high-quality, multiplayer, vehicle-centric action game, working closely with designers, artists, and technical teams to build scalable systems, optimize performance, and deliver an engaging player experience.





This is a short-term contractual engagement, with the potential for extension based on project requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core gameplay systems using Unreal Engine 5.7 and C++.
- Architect and implement robust multiplayer gameplay systems, including replication, RPCs, client-server architecture, session management, matchmaking, prediction, and network optimization.
- Develop gameplay mechanics for vehicle-based combat, player progression, weapons, damage systems, physics-driven interactions, AI behaviours, and environmental gameplay.
- Build scalable and reusable gameplay frameworks that support future content expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Game Designers to translate gameplay concepts into polished and production-ready features.
