We are seeking a Technical Expert with core expertise in Electrical domain with proven experience on power generation, Wind and Solar Power Plants. The incumbent would be a qualified with strong technical expertisewho will be managing overall electrical team, enable timely and quality delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

Role relating to
Principal Engineer– Electrical
for Power, Water & Renewables projects.

This includes (but not limited to):
- The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in both primary & secondary detailed engineering of power plant electrical design, interfaces and subject matter expert at least one of them.
- Perform design review for electrical deliverables related to power, water and renewables projects while acting as a lead and directly interfacing with clients.




- Candidate shall have expertise in basic design/review of electrical substation facilities including Single Line Diagram, Protection Single Line diagram, General Arrangement layout, Transformer Sizing, Earthing and Lightening Protection, Sectional Layout, Lightning protection, LT AC/DC diagrams, Lighting, ground mat design, Power One Line diagram, schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, Panel GA drawing, BOM of P&C; Panel, LT AC/DC diagrams.
- Preparation of project specifications for material and equipment purchase and installation.
- Experience in basic/detail engineering for power generation projects preferably with CCGT plants.
- Delivery of accurate and thorough designs that will meet industry standards and specifications, and meet good engineering practice with excellent constructability.
- Review of internal and external designs for code compliance, good design practice and constructability.
- Resolving site queries during the construction phase of projects.
- Maintaining complete project documentation
