Job Description
The
Social Media Campaign, Manager
will support the planning and execution of global social media programs for the firm’s ETF and broader investment capabilities, working across regions with a focus on APAC and EMEA priorities.

This role sits within the Content & Communications team and partners closely with the Head of Social Media, regional marketing leads, and cross-functional stakeholders. This is an Individual contributor role requires strong project management, campaign execution, and an understanding of operating within a regulated financial services workplace.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in social media marketing, analytics, and campaign execution, with an ability to navigate multi-market requirements, including regional nuances, compliance considerations, and evolving platform strategies.

Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery of social media campaigns across global and regional priorities, from planning and content strategy through execution, optimization,



and performance reporting.

Coordinate campaign workflows using project management tools (e.g., Workfront), ensuring visibility across stakeholders and timely delivery
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with regional marketing teams, driving campaign localization while ensuring alignment with global objectives and measurable business outcomes

Content Management
- Support development and submission of social content, ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and platform best practices
- Manage publishing and deployment of campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Line), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Contribute to platform-specific execution strategies, including support for both organic and paid social initiatives
- Develop and manage design briefs, partnering with creative teams to deliver high-quality visual assets
- Ensure content outputs are aligned to campaign strategy
