Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Client Support Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer support, client servicing, telecalling, or conference/event sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, resolving customer queries, handling escalations, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting conference sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound client communication through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.




- Handle customer queries, complaints, and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage client escalations by coordinating with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution.
- Follow up with potential clients for conference registrations, sponsorships, and other business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records, follow-up activities, and MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support and service delivery.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing timely and effective assistance.
- Meet daily and monthly client engagement and follow-up targets.

Qualifications
- Mcom/MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
