As a Sales Manager for Loan Against Property (LAP) in Nagpur, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving targets in the Nagpur region.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve LAP sales targets in the Nagpur market.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet and exceed individual and team goals.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents to generate leads and drive business.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client acquisition to loan disbursement and post-sales support.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.




* Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
* Address and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience of 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, specifically within the Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage industry.
* In-depth knowledge of the LAP product, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape in Nagpur.
* Robust leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
