About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys working with modern cloud technologies and microservice-based architectures. You will work in a dynamic environment, exploring recent technologies and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. You combine strong technical skills with a collaborative mindset, take ownership of results, and act as an informal leader who mentors others and drives improvement.

- Deliver complex back-end services end-to-end, with high quality.




- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for efficient deliveries.
- Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Lead code reviews and technical discussions.
- Mentor and guide less experienced engineers and share knowledge and best practices.
- Identify risks, opportunities and innovation ideas.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and ways of working.
