with 3-8 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with skin clinics, dermatology centers, cosmetic clinics, or aesthetic healthcare brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, improve patient engagement, and strengthen brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook,



and Instagram to generate quality patient leads.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns on Google Ads.
- Create and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously improve ROI through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimization.
- Collaborate with doctors, clinic managers, designers, and content teams to develop compelling marketing creatives and promotional campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively while ensuring maximum return on advertising spend (ROAS).
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms.
