Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to manage and grow our existing System Integrator (SI) / Implementation Partner accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for farming existing client relationships, generating new staffing requirements, and partnering closely with the delivery team to ensure successful fulfillment of positions through consultant onboarding. This is a highly client-facing role that requires exceptional communication, relationship management, and account coordination skills.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the recruitment team, ensuring seamless service delivery while driving account growth and client satisfaction.
