Job Description
Get to Know the Team The Integrity team is dedicated to Trust, Identity, and Safety, safeguarding our users and transactions on Grab. We use our datasets to address critical challenges, protecting millions of users and transactions from fraudulent activities, identity compromises, unsafe offline interactions, and harmful platform content. Our core mission involves analysing ambiguous threat patterns, building anomaly detection, and ideating on new signals to detect risks. We empower our team to handle these challenges by providing them with cutting-edge tools,
including agentic AI setups, allowing them to focus on high-impact risk mitigation.
Get to Know the Role Reporting to the Analytics Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex risk analytical problems across 1 to 3 Problem Space Teams (PSTs). You will be a domain expert in platform integrity, leveraging data to create real-time measures that protect our ecosystem. You will proactively use our advanced AI and system frameworks as force-multipliers to uncover new typologies across fraud, safety, and identity abuse.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Independently deliver on difficult analytical problems, exploring and proposing optimal solutions to uncover recent risk typologies and analyze ambiguous threat patterns.
- Ideate on complex new signals to detect risks—ranging from fake accounts and policy-violating content to complex safety incidents—leveraging data to create real-time protective measures.
