The Platform & AI Accelerators Pod drives Southwest's next-generation cloud platform transformation — migrating from CloudFormation-based CCP to Terraform-based CCPNext, scaling Backstage Golden Paths, and delivering AI-driven platform accelerators. The team enables faster developer onboarding, consistent enterprise standards, and higher engineering productivity through reusable modules, automation, and AI-enabled tooling adopted across the organization.

As Cloud DevOps Engineer – Platform & AI Accelerators, you'll work hands-on building next-generation cloud platform capabilities — contributing to enterprise IaC templates, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation used company-wide. You'll gain hands-on experience with modern tools and patterns from our Hyderabad office, growing into an expert in DevOps and AI-driven platform engineering.
