Global Strategy and Operations (GSOP) is looking for a Director - Regulatory Change & Inventory Management focused on ensuring program governance and oversight is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies.

Responsibilities
The Director, Regulatory Change & Inventory Management (RCIM), includes:
- Develop and execute plans for the RCIM Program Governance and Oversight framework across GMNS, including leading a team of highly engaged colleagues,



and regulatory risk advise to front-line business teams regarding implementations to current or updated laws and regulatory mandates affecting our business model.
- Provide central oversight on complex, multi-market RCIM efforts including consolidated views of workstream deliverables, highlighting status & risks to senior leadership and ongoing oversight around management / mitigation of RCIM risks.
- Refine and utilize risk models and impact assessments to determine risk level of regulatory changes and support the front-line in completing gap assessments and implementation planning steps.
- Lead ongoing enhancements of the GMNS RCIM program governance framework to optimize oversight processes, tools, templates (e.g. impact/gap assessments) and training for front-line business teams, thereby strengthening risk management and supporting effective decision-making.
