About the role : Manager Cloud Test

Aviatrix is looking for a motivated Manager Cloud Test Engineer to join our Bengaluru team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of our cloud networking and security products. In this role, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to validate recent and existing features, execute test plans, identify issues, and contribute to improving product quality across cloud environments.

Position Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers and technical leads,



providing mentorship, coaching, and career development.
- Define and execute the overall QA strategy, including functional, integration, system, performance, and automation testing.
- Drive quality initiatives across the software development lifecycle and establish quality gates for product releases.
- Partner closely with Development, Product Management, and Program teams to ensure high-quality and predictable releases.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks and improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and release confidence.
- Establish quality metrics and dashboards, including defect trends, escape rates, automation coverage, and release readiness metrics.
- Lead defect triage, risk assessments, and root cause analysis to continuously improve product quality.
