Key Responsibilities
- Engage with founders and leadership teams of funded startups.
- Structure and execute debt financing deals.
- Conduct credit and financial analysis of startups and businesses.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and risk profiles.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Monitor market trends, startup ecosystem developments, and global financial markets.
- Support deal sourcing, due diligence, and transaction execution.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant work experience.
CFA (Level 1 or above) is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Deep interest in the Indian startup ecosystem and venture funding landscape.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of global markets and business trends.
