Accountabilities:

As an HR Consultant, you will support the HR team in managing recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives,



and operational processes while ensuring accurate documentation and effective coordination.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and application coordination.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Assist with onboarding activities and ensure accurate completion of HR-related processes.
