Job Title: Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

The Implementation Specialist provides premier product support for Radiation Oncology Company web-

based applications. This position handles high-level and cross-departmental tasks such as, pre-sales IT

support calls, marketing and show support, product development beta support, onsite customer installations

and trouble-shooting.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

âImplementation of the Radiotherapy Products across varying degrees of network topology and

operating systems

âRemote support for configuration and verification of all Radiotherapy products and interface with

customers to make site ‘Training-Ready’

âProvide remote or on-site support for training engagements

âCreate detailed instructions and diagrams that address problem-resolution or how-to scenario

âReviews SO’s Knowledge Base for accuracy and post new and relevant articles

âAssist with customer database (MS SQL) implementation, configuration and migration





âProvide internal point of escalation for Technical Support Specialist and follow up with each

customer support case promptly until a reasonable solution is provided

âProvide suggestions for process and product improvement to maintain customer satisfaction.

âAttend conferences and trade shows as needed

âPerform other related duties as assigned or requested occasionally

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

âBA, BS in Computer Science, B.E. in Electronics or related field desired.

âRadiation Oncology Dicom services knowledge. Understands what a Dicom file is and how to

configure it

âIT experience in Radiation Oncology setting

âRadiation Oncology experience working with linear accelerators

âRadiation Oncology experience working with oncology information systems

âRadiation Oncology experience working with treatment planning systems

âTechnical, skilled certifications (A+,Network,Project, Cloud ,MCSE, MCSA, CCNA)

âAWS (Cloud) and IIS experience are a
