Job Purpose &
Role ::

We are seeking a motivated and skilled RF Hardware & Design Engineer with 3–5 years of
hands-on experience in RF-based products.



The ideal candidate will work closely with
cross-functional teams to design, develop, evaluate, and refine RF hardware used in
Counter Unmanned Aerial System (CUAS), RF/SDR and electronic systems. Prior exposure
to defense or high-reliability projects will be considered a strong advantage.
The role requires strong technical expertise in radar technologies, electronic jamming
systems, and electronic intelligence (EI) fundamentals, combined with multidisciplinary
integration skills to deliver mission-ready solutions against evolving UAS threats.

Key Activities &
Expectations
1. Coordinate with multiple agencies involved in Design and Development of the RF
based Products.
2. Use various design software and design analysis tools & simulation tools,
software & techniques, to recommend the most appropriate design to
achieve target of time, cost and quality.
3. Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) with accuracy and cost
