- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Operations Associates, supporting their growth and performance.
- Manage daily operations and ensure teams consistently achieve quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.
- Coordinate communication with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle escalations, investigate operational challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Define, monitor, and improve team performance metrics and operational KPIs.
