Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Operations Specialist to optimize our sales processes through automation and AI implementation. This role focuses on enhancing lead conversion rates and operational efficiency across our real estate development business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement AI-powered lead scoring and qualification in Salesforce CRM.
- Automate lead nurturing sequences and follow-up processes.
- Optimize conversion rates from Marketing Qualified Leads to Registry completion
- Develop predictive analytics for sales pipeline forecasting
- Create automated reporting dashboards for sales performance tracking
- Identify automation opportunities across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Implement workflow automation tools (Zapier, Microsoft Power Platform)
- Enhance integration between Salesforce CRM and Farvision ERP
- Create systematic documentation for all implemented solutions
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills:
- 3-5 years experience in CRM administration (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel, Power BI, basic SQL
- Experience with business process automation and workflow tools
- Knowledge of AI-powered business applications and integration methods
- Understanding of ERP systems and API integration
