Accountabilities:

The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for managing client onboarding, platform implementation,



and ongoing optimization initiatives to improve marketing and sales performance.
- Lead HubSpot onboarding projects, including portal setup, customization, configuration, and implementation for new clients.
- Manage data migration activities, including data imports, mapping, cleansing, and validation processes.
- Design and optimize CRM workflows and marketing automation processes to improve operational efficiency and lead management.
- Create and manage digital assets such as landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and calls-to-action within the platform.
- Configure and maintain sales pipelines, deal stages, and CRM processes to support revenue operations.
- Analyze customer engagement data and develop segmentation strategies based on behavioral and interaction patterns.
