Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with strong skills in SQL and Advanced Excel to manage, automate, and analyze operational and sales data related to Insurance and Mutual Fund (MF) products. The role involves generating reports, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business teams with actionable insights to improve decision-making and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports for:
o Insurance: Policy issuance, renewal, claim status, premium collections.
o Mutual Funds: SIP tracking, redemptions, folio performance, AUM monitoring.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and aggregate data from internal databases and core systems (e.g., CRM, policy admin, MF transaction systems).
• Build energetic Excel dashboards and reports using PivotTables,



VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, charts, etc.
• Automate and optimize recurring reporting processes to reduce manual efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Compliance teams to meet data/reporting requirements.
• Monitor data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies between systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory norms (IRDAI / SEBI).
• Track and analyze business KPIs like conversion ratios, persistency, AUM growth, revenue performance, etc.
• Document and maintain SOPs for all key reporting processes.

Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
• SQL: Joins, subqueries, data cleaning, and aggregation from large datasets.
• Advanced Excel: PivotTables, advanced formulas, conditional formatting, data validation, Power Query.
• Basic understanding of databases and report automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
