Versatile is a specialist recruitment firm and we're growing our internal team. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join us and work on live hiring mandates across tech, product, and design roles.
What you'll do
- Source and pipeline candidates across roles using LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews end to end
- Manage candidate and hiring manager communication throughout the process
- Maintain trackers and share regular pipeline updates
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Comfortable with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
- Solid communication and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple open roles at the same time
Nice to have
- Experience hiring for tech, product, or design roles
- Prior agency recruitment background
